Meet the Owners
Mike and Sarah Tesch
Grass Groomers was born from Mike's love of making lawns beautiful. As a recent retiree, Mike decided to pursue his passion and help other homeowners achieve their dream lawn. Our combined time in Yorkville spans 30 years. Mike moved here from Aurora in the 1990s, and Sarah joined him in 2006. Yorkville is where we raised our blended family with four children, all now grown and flown. We love the far western suburbs with its combined rural and urban lifestyle.
Kendall County and surrounding areas have experienced sensational growth over the last 15 years. There are many new subdivisions joining the older ones and many beautiful homes. We have learned first-hand the work needed to make one's lawn beautiful and weed-free and we want to help others achieve the satisfaction of having a beautiful, weed-free lawn.
